Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into small pieces. Clean, wash and quarter the radishes. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Wash the dill, pat dry, pluck off the flags and chop finely.
For the dressing, mix honey or sugar beet syrup and lemon juice with salt and pepper. Beat the oil under it.
Mix the cucumber and radishes with the dill and dressing, season to taste and serve.
