Instructions

  1. Wash off the spinach and remove any brown spots. Cut the cucumber in half, peel and then chop. Put all of this in a blender with the orange juice or another juice (e.g. mango, pineapple) and mix until there are no more pieces.
  2. Best enjoyed cold.
  3. The smoothie is a matter of taste, but very healthy. If you want it sweeter, you can add honey or sugar.
