Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, dice without the stalk, peel the cucumbers and also finely dice. Mix both with yogurt, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or pot and fry the mustard seeds until they start to crack. Add to the salad and mix in. Mix in the coriander or mint if you like. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. It also tastes good: Chicken Kathi style and Naan bread (you can also find the recipes on my homepage / profile).
