Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into large pieces. Peel and mash the garlic. Puree both with basil and sour milk in a blender, stir in ice and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Chill the smoothie for about 1 hour, fill into 4 glasses and serve with rolled cucumber peel and basil if desired.
