Instructions

  1. Puree the boiled ham, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and in a blender to an even mass, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Wash the cucumber, cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick. Pour the cream cheese and ham mixture into a piping bag and place a pile of it on each slice of cucumber. Decorate with a sprig of parsley.
