Wash, peel and halve the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Mix the quark with the cream until creamy. Cut the onions, garlic, bell pepper and carrots very finely and fold in. Season well with salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour the mixture into the hollowed out cucumber and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with the herbs. The filling also goes well with tomatoes.
This is a basic recipe. I personally take more garlic. The mustard should be dosed carefully, otherwise it will become too dominant.
