Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers very well and dice them. Core, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces.
  2. Heat the oil and roast the onion in it. Add the cucumber cubes and paprika strips and pour in the vegetable stock. Season with paprika powder, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Do not steam too soft, then refine with sour cream.
  3. Potatoes go very well with this.
