Peel the cucumber, cut in half and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Add the herbs to the cucumber slices.
For the marinade, mix together the mayonnaise, cream and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour the marinade over the salad and mix, let stand for 10 minutes.
Wash the lettuce leaves and line a bowl with them. Arrange the cucumber salad on top.
Tip: You can also use reduced-fat mayonnaise - as well as dried herbs.
