• 60 g yourt (skimmed milk)
• 20 g mustard
• 10 g sunflower seeds
• dill
• chives
• parsley
• salt and pepper
• vinegar

Instructions

1. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the yoghurt with the mustard, season with herbs and spices and pour over the cucumber.
2. Scatter the sunflower seeds over the salad.
