Peel and slice the cucumbers and place in a bowl. Scatter the salt on top. Lightly knead the cucumber slices with your hands and set aside for 7-10 minutes.
Put the water, lemon, sugar, pepper, dill and oil in a separate bowl - this is where the salad will be served later -, stir well and refine to taste. The dressing should be a little sweeter, but not too sweet either. Then squeeze out the cucumbers correctly and add them. The cucumber water can go.
Notes: The sugar can also be replaced with honey. I also take it very often. Fresh dill is naturally more intense and tasty.
