Wash, quarter, core and slice the apples. Drizzle the apple slices with the lemon juice so that they don`t turn brown. Wash the cucumber and also cut it into slices. Mix the apple slices with the cucumber slices and fold in the hazelnuts. Whip the cream a little and season with a little salt and pepper. Wash, clean and pick the dill. Add the dill to the salad sauce except for a few leaves and mix the sauce with the salad. Arrange the salad in a glass bowl and decorate with the retained dill.
