Instructions

  1. Quarter the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Place in a salad bowl with the cottage cheese. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and season with salt and pepper. Now mix everything together.
  2. Peel the prawns if necessary. Now cut in half with a sharp knife approx. 1/3 (butterfly cut). Fry in hot olive oil in a pan. As soon as the prawns turn slightly red, add the garlic (not right from the start, otherwise it will burn). Then season with salt and pepper. At the very end, as soon as the water has evaporated from the pan, pour the juice of half a lemon over it and deglaze. Now serve immediately with the cottage cheese on the plate.
