Instructions

1. Peel the cucumbers with an asparagus peeler. If you want, you can leave the bowl on. Coarsely grate the cucumber. Chop all herbs and add. Add the sour cream and crème fraîche and stir well. Now season well with pepper - turn the pepper mill 30 times - and season with sugar and salt. Add the squirts of lemon juice as you like.
2. The salad goes well with potatoes and fish fingers.
