Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and cut in half into 0.5 cm thin slices. Put the cucumber slices in a bowl and marinate with a little salt and three quarters of the lemon juice. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Then put the cucumbers in a colander, drain well and squeeze out a little. Then put the cucumbers back in the bowl.
  2. Peel and halve the eggs and remove the yolks. Cut the egg white into strips and pour over the cucumber.
  3. Put the egg yolks in the sieve and strain through the sieve into a bowl. Add the sour single cream, remaining lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard, mix everything well. Then add the sauce to the cucumber, mix everything well and sprinkle with the dill.
