Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber. Wash and chop the spring onions. Roast the sunflower seeds.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Marinate the cucumber with the dressing and let it steep a little. Scatter the sunflower seeds and spring onions over the top.
