Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Wash, quarter and core the apple. Slice the cucumber, cut the apple into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
Mix the sour cream with apple juice, crushed dill, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing, let it steep a little and season again before consumption. Serve garnished with dill tips.
