Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthways, remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Halve the cucumber halves again and cut into small cubes. Halve the pepper lengthways, remove the core, wash and also cut into small cubes. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely.
  2. Mix the cucumber and pepper cubes with the yogurt and herbs. Season with cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Cover the cucumber salad and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  3. Serve garnished with mint and coriander greens if you like.
