Cucumber Smoothie with Banana and Arugula

Instructions
Rinse the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Wash the rocket, drain well and roughly chop.
Puree everything together with the yoghurt in a blender. Serve chilled.
