Peel the potatoes, onions and cucumber, peel the meat sausage and cut everything into cubes.
Fry the onion and bacon. Also fry the potatoes and cucumber briefly. Pour the broth over everything and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Add the tomatoes and sausage. Season the stew with lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
When serving, add a little crème fraîche to the plate, depending on your taste.
