Finely chop the chocolate with a knife or a food processor. Put the milk in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly, until it is almost boiling. Remove from heat immediately and stir in chocolate and sugar (possibly more).
Spread the hot chocolate in large, wide cups, add the marshmallows and enjoy immediately.
