Instructions
Mix the currant jelly, orange juice and mustard with a hand blender until smooth. While mashing, gradually add the almond oil until a creamy emulsion is formed.
Finally, season with salt, cayenne pepper and freshly ground black pepper.
Something different to lamb`s lettuce.
