Cook a pudding from milk and pudding powder and set aside.
Grease a mold 20 and dust with flour.
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Mix the soft butter with sugar well, add the eggs and stir until creamy, stir in the flour, salt, crumble and cream mixed with baking powder.
Remove 130 g from the dough for the blobs - put the rest in the mold and smooth it out with the back of a wet spoon - bake for approx. 8 min.
In the meantime, prepare the filling:
Put the pudding in a large bowl, add the curd cheese, lemon, sugar, eggs and semolina and stir well. Spread the filling on the pre-baked base.
Put the rest of the dough in a piping bag (or in a freezer bag) and put blobs on the dough (as the dough is slightly firm, always separate the blobs from the bag with a knife) - bake for about 30 minutes.
