Place the berries side by side on a plate and let them thaw. In a bowl, stir the cream pudding with the quark and powdered sugar until smooth. Layer the quark cream alternately with the thawed berries (except for 1 tablespoon of berries for garnish) in 2 tall serving glasses. Garnish the top layer of quark with the berries set aside and, if you like, with lemon balm leaves.
