Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter with sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in flour, curd cheese, salt, coconut flakes and lemon, finally mash the banana and add it.
  2. Heat clarified butter in a coated pan, add a heaping tablespoon of dough and flatten it a little, turn the heat down immediately and bake until golden brown, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with compote or fruit sauce.
