Knead all ingredients up to and including the oil into a smooth dough, cut into 25 parts, fill with chocolate, form small dumplings; Let simmer in gently boiling water for approx. 15 minutes.
For the variant in the steamer: Line a perforated cooking tray with cling film, place the dumplings in the cooking tray with a small gap. With universal cooking, 100 degrees, cook in the steamer for 15 minutes.
Dumplings cooked in the steamer become very fluffy!
If the dumplings are not prepared in the steamer, add more flour to the dough, otherwise they will disintegrate easily.
