Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in a little water, mix yoghurt with low-fat curd, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar or stevia. Heat the gelatine until it has completely dissolved and then mix it with the curd cheese yoghurt mixture. Before the mass gels, fold in the whipped cream! Leave to set in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours, or better overnight!
