Instructions
Puree the currants with the honey, alternatively 4 tablespoons red-black currant jam, then stop using honey, press the garlic. Mix everything with the rest of the ingredients. If the dressing is too stiff for you, dilute it with vegetable stock.
Goes well with lettuce or lettuce with cucumber.
