Put the currant juice with the preserving sugar and apple juice as well as the amaretto in a saucepan and cook the preserving sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into clean jars while still hot and close.
I turned it into about 4 glasses of 220 ml jelly.
I made the currant juice from the berries in my garden. The jelly tastes really great, because the mixing ratio seems to be very good.
