Instructions

  1. Wash the currants and pat dry. pluck the berries from the panicles.
  2. Mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Sweeten with a little sweetener if desired. Mix in the oatmeal, wheat germ and currants, except for a teaspoon, into the quark. Garnish the muesli with the remaining berries.
  3. Tips: Grains, fruits and dairy products are particularly rich sources of minerals. Like vitamins, these are essential for the body. They fulfill a wide variety of different functions in blood formation, bone formation or important nerve functions.
