Instructions

  1. Fry the turkey cubes. Chop the onions and add them. Stew for 4-5 minutes. Add flour, tomato paste and curry. Deglaze with the chicken stock. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Finally add the crème fraîche and the yoghurt. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Goes well with basmati rice.
