Instructions

  1. Cut the minute steaks into fine strips, cut the onion and spring onions into small pieces. Halve the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Now fry the beef strips briefly. Add garlic and ginger and fry briefly as well. Then mix in the curry paste and add the onion, spring onions and mushrooms. When the onions are translucent, mix in the curry powder. Whisk the beef broth with the rice flour, add and bring to the boil briefly. Now season with pepper, rice vinegar and salt. (If you have taken instant beef broth, there is usually no need to add salt.) Finally, mix in the basil and coriander, some of which can be used as a garnish.
