Instructions

  1. First cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces, fry in the oil with salt and paprika. Then add the chopped peaches. Deglaze with the juice of the canned fruit and the crème fraîche and reduce. Then add a little low-fat milk to the whole thing - that gives a lot of sauce and doesn`t make eating too difficult.
  2. Finally, season with a lot of curry. Better to choose a sweeter curry, otherwise it will be too spicy. Prepare the basmati rice according to the instructions and serve with the curry.
  3. If you want, you can also choose other fruit or prepare the whole thing with vegetables (e.g. peppers, spring onions or zucchini).
