Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat some butter in a saucepan and add the onion cubes. Sauté glassy.
  2. Drain the corn and rinse with cold water. Drain.
  3. After the onions are translucent, add the corn and fry gently while turning.
  4. Then pour in some milk as you feel and simmer gently.
  5. Now salt, pepper and add curry to taste.
  6. Add the Italian herbs and stir vigorously!
  7. The whole thing tastes best with sausages and baked, crispy ciabatta bread!

  9. Instead of the butter and the Italian herbs, you can also add herb butter. Is just as delicious!
