- Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat some butter in a saucepan and add the onion cubes. Sauté glassy.
- Drain the corn and rinse with cold water. Drain.
- After the onions are translucent, add the corn and fry gently while turning.
- Then pour in some milk as you feel and simmer gently.
- Now salt, pepper and add curry to taste.
- Add the Italian herbs and stir vigorously!
- The whole thing tastes best with sausages and baked, crispy ciabatta bread!
- Tip:
- Instead of the butter and the Italian herbs, you can also add herb butter. Is just as delicious!
