Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the cous-cous, raisins, peas and curry to a boil. Switch off and cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Add the spring onions and chives and mix.
  2. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and pour over the salad. Stir the lettuce and let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Possibly add seasoning.
