Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry in a little oil. Mix the curry powder with 100 ml water and pour over the meat, simmer briefly.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the spring onion into thin rings and mix with the tomatoes. Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with a few tablespoons of curry sauce from the pan until smooth and season to taste.
  4. Briefly heat the wraps on both sides in a dry pan.
  5. Spread the curry cream cheese sauce on the wraps. Place the meat, tomatoes and spring onions, lettuce and corn in the middle of the wraps and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold up the lower edge a little, then fold both sides over the filling and serve.
