Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (approx. 10 minutes - depending on the package). Add the carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them. Drain everything well.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes, the leek into half rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mince in it until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside. Steam the onion in the frying fat until translucent and then add the leek. Dust with curry and then deglaze with the cream and stock. Let it boil down (approx. 20 min.) Then mix in the pasta and minced meat and season to taste again. Sprinkle with parsley.
