Clean, peel and cut the carrots into small cubes. Cook the noodles al dente. Add the diced carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain everything well. Cut the onions into fine cubes, cut the leek into rings. Fry the minced meat in the oil, season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan. Fry the onions, sauté the leek. Season with curry and deglaze with stock and cream. Boil something down. Add the pasta and mince. Possibly season again.
