Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the frozen gyros in a saucepan in a little heated oil, it should not become crispy. Deglaze with the pineapple pieces and the juice. Add Cremefine and season with curry powder. Let simmer for about 20 minutes and then possibly thicken a little with a white sauce thickener. Season to taste, add a little cayenne pepper if you like.
  2. Served with rice, it is a quick and inexpensive alternative to gyros with cabbage and what you know.
