Chop the onion, garlic and hot peppers as you wish. Peel the mango and separate the pulp from the stone and cut into pieces.
Heat the coconut oil in the pan. Briefly fry the curry paste, onions, peppers, ginger and garlic in the hot oil. Add the gnocchi, fry for about 5 minutes and season everything.
Fry the mango pieces briefly and deglaze everything with coconut milk.
Tip: You can also add meat to the recipe if you wish.
