Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
Fry the minced meat vigorously in hot oil, add the tomato paste and garlic. Salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Fry the onions, carrots and leeks in the frying fat for approx. 10 minutes. Dust with curry and deglaze with stock and cream. Let something boil down. Add the pasta and the minced meat and season to taste again.
