Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthways and remove the yolks. Finely chop the egg whites. Mash egg yolks with oil and mix with creme fraiche or creme double, orange juice, mustard, curry and chives rolls. Then fold in the egg whites. Season the sauce with salt.
