Instructions

  1. Break through the spaghetti once and cook in salted water until al dente. Cut the leek into fine rings, peel the carrots, remove the peppers and cut both into fine strips.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sweat the vegetables in it, season with curry, soy sauce and salt, deglaze with cream. Add the cooked spaghetti to the vegetables and mix everything well.
  3. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry the turkey breast strips in it for about 5 minutes. Arrange the curry noodles on plates, spread the turkey breast strips over them.
