Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and dice the peppers. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Fry the peppers and onions in the oil for about 5 minutes. Add the curry powder, cumin, coriander and pressed garlic and stir in. Fry for about a minute. Then pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the soup from the heat and puree into small pieces with the hand blender.
  4. Add the cream cheese, season with the lemon juice and salt and pepper, mix everything well until the cream cheese has completely dissolved.
