Prepare the chopped pineapple pieces. Put butter, honey, sugar and curry powder in a pan and heat everything. As soon as the mixture starts to caramelize, let the pineapple pieces caramelize evenly on all sides while keeping the heat low. Don`t let the mixture get too dark. A golden brown tone is just right.
Portion the vanilla ice cream. Place the slightly cooled pineapple pieces next to the ice cream. Drizzle the curry caramel stock over the ice cream with a spoon.
The quantities can be changed according to taste and of course any other ice cream can be used.
