Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until it is done, rinse in cold water and drain well. Finely chop the onions, fry in oil, add the curry and rice, deglaze with cream and let cool. Remove the skin and bones from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the pineapple on a sieve, then cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients together, mix with the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and let it steep.
  2. Season again to taste before serving.
