Cook the rice as usual according to the instructions on the packet, being careful not to get sticky. Drain the water and put the rice in a bowl.
Wash and clean the peppers, then cut into small diamonds and add to the rice in the bowl. Drain the corn and also add to the bowl. Now curry, Miracel Whip, sour cream and crème fraîche are added. Mix everything carefully and season with salt and pepper. Then let it steep for about an hour or more.
