Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes (size as you like) and let it marinate with a little oil and the spices. Put a saucepan with water and a little salt on the stove and heat it up. When the water boils, add the rice.
  2. Put some oil in a larger pan and heat it up, add the chicken cubes to the pan and fry until crispy, add the frozen butter vegetables and pour a little milk on top. Add the curry powder (depending on your taste) and simmer until the rice is ready. Drain the rice briefly in a sieve and add to the pan. Mix everything well and season again with the spices and add milk, if necessary, until the desired consistency is achieved.
