Instructions
Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Briefly sauté the onion cubes and rice. Scatter curry powder on top and sauté briefly. Then pour in the broth and cook the rice in a closed saucepan for another 15-20 minutes.
Possibly season with salt.
