Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon ketchup, (curry ketchup)
• 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
• 1 teaspoon ajvar, hot
• 2 drops piri piri, very hot
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 pinch (s) black pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 3 teaspoons pickled cucumber (s), pureed
• 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together except for the pickles.
2. Puree the pickles very finely with 1 teaspoon vinegar and a pinch of salt and then add 3-4 teaspoons to the sauce. Briefly heat everything in the microwave. Mix everything together and spread it on your hamburgers.
