Cut the meat sausage into strips. Cut a few pickles (not all of them, please) into small cubes. Peel the onion and also cut it into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl and pour some cucumber liquid over it. Then add 1-2 teaspoons of mustard and stir. Then add the ketchup and mix. Season with a little salt, pepper and curry powder to taste. Mix everything well again.
We like to eat this salad on bread, toast or on delicious fresh rolls.
Tip: When it has pulled through a day, it tastes even better.
